Glorit: homes under construction, shown finished.
Glorit, a real estate developer and builder near Vienna, photographs its homes while they are being built. We enhance and stage those site photos into visualizations of the finished homes, and turned its IFC model into a photoreal exterior render.

IFC modelAtreum renderThe challenge
Glorit sells homes while they are still being built. Its own site photos show the real rooms, but in shell condition: bare walls, open ceilings, site lighting. Buyers find it hard to see a home in that, and a render studio for every project phase takes time.

What we did
- 01
Photos from the site
Glorit's team photographs the units while the building is still under construction, as it does on every project.
- 02
Enhanced
Each photo is corrected first: straight verticals, balanced exposure and clean daylight, with the real room, windows and view kept.
- 03
Staged
Finishes, furniture and decoration are added to the real room, so buyers see the finished home in the space that is actually being built.
- 04
Exterior from the IFC model
For the exterior, the IFC model became a photoreal render from the same camera, with terraces, glass railings and the green roof in place.
The result
Glorit markets its homes with visualizations made from its own site photos and its own model: the real building, shown finished, before construction ends.
Questions about this case
What did Atreum do for Glorit?+
We enhanced and staged the photos Glorit takes on its building sites while the homes are under construction, and turned its IFC model into a photoreal exterior render.
Can a construction site photo become a sales visualization?+
Yes. The photo keeps the real room, windows and view. Enhancement corrects light and geometry, and staging adds finishes and furniture so buyers see the finished home. Like any visualization, it should be reviewed and labelled as one before use.
How is the exterior render made?+
Atreum imports the IFC model 1:1, saves a camera view and renders it photoreal from that exact view, so the building, terraces and railings follow the model.
